Making digital personal: How businesses can use innovation to enhance customer relationships

Paul Anslow, CEO – Triangle Networks

The post-COVID world has forced us all to embrace digital technologies more than ever before, but not without fear for many small business owners. Since 2020, businesses have been navigating a complex world of technology choices whilst doing what they can to retain their customer relationships. In a ‘people buy from people’ business world, how does technology enhance or diminish a business’ ability to differentiate?

Triangle works in partnership with network operators, local IT professionals, developers and landlords to bring full-fibre gigabit connectivity to businesses across the UK. Last year they also launched Fibrehop, a new full-fibre consumer ISP, to homes across Milton Keynes. Triangle are well-known evangelists for the full-fibre revolution, working with network builder CityFibre since 2016.
