The recent news and events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic have shaken everyone around the world in ways that could never be imagined, it can be easy to panic and to fear that this may spell the end of your business.
There has been an increased level for advice and support surrounding social media from fellow members. It is clear, that no matter which industry you operate in, keeping open communication delivered as quickly as possible with clients and stakeholders during this time is imperative.
Using the long-standing partnership status with Sprout Social we are pleased to announce that as of 23rd March, permission has been granted to offer fellow members ‘fully subsidised access’ to the platform for 3 months via the 123 Internet Group’s partnership with no longer term commitments.
The use of the platform which offers social collaboration tools specifically designed for teams allows owners to manage all their social media channels within one space, including scheduling, messaging and reporting. Making announcements and delivering crucial communication directly to clients will be faster and simpler to manage.
Our dedicated team will be providing online training via webinars, assisting with connecting channels to the platform as well providing advice to businesses who may be overwhelmed with messages and responses to recent events concerning closures.
123 Internet Group’s CEO, Scott Jones and MK Chamber board member commented “We are in uncertain times, but with the increase of remote working and a collaborative approach, companies are turning to digital channels and embracing the transformation.” He continued “We are all in this together and where possible businesses should be supporting each other during these difficult times”.
